Information about live and recorded mindfulness resources will be made available on this page. All of these mindful offerings are freely available to all!

Weekly mindfulness online drop-in (Fridays at noon)

Join us from wherever you are! Each 15-20 minute mini-session is freely offered, and consists of an introduction and a short meditation/reflection. Offered weekly on FRIDAYS at NOON - sign up for the weekly reminder which contains the Zoom link.

The Body and Mind at Rest

Guided Meditation with Introduction: The Body and Mind at Rest with Andrea Taylor. Recorded on June 22, 2022. Instead of adding "self-care" to the ever-growing to-do list, sometimes we just need to rest. Inviting the body, mind, and heart to rest allows a kind of spaciousness to arise naturally within us - a space that brings awareness, perspective, and compassion to our life experiences, and to the world around us.
